On a very tight deadline we were shown multiple properties on multiple sides of the island. Agents were accommodating, efficient, knowledgeable. We ultimately liked a place in Bahia Beach the most and NestLux team negotiated agreeable terms and benefits and now live here. Very happy, will do other deals and highly recommend. Our lead agent was Richard, who was wonderful.

Denise has been our point of contact for our rental from the beginning. She showed us the apartment, helped us with the lease and had been super responsive as we got settled in and needed help with a couple of minor issues. It was our first experience in Puerto Rico. Denise helped us find everything we needed and even more (documents, schools for kids).
