Get to Know Me

I was born in Trenton, New Jersey, and raised mostly by my grandparents in Juncos, Puerto Rico, a small town in the Puerto Rican mountains with breathtaking views of El Yunque.

My journey began in the Hospitality Industry at the young age of 16. Every restaurant, bar, and hotel that I worked in was a learning opportunity that gave me the tools and resources to evolve into an Entrepreneur. I have always been intrigued by the Real Estate Business and Investing, and after a successful decade in the Hospitality Industry, just when the Pandemic hit, I took a leap of faith and decided to undertake a new path in Real Estate.

In partnership with my wife Denise, we founded Nest Lux LLC, a boutique Real Estate Brokerage focused on innovation, hospitality, concierge services, and amplification in marketing content.

Nest Lux team managed to close over $65 million in sales across Puerto Rico in 2024. We are now working on future developments across Puerto Rico and Medellín, expanding our reach so that we are able to bring to our clients and partners the best customer service and options in the Real Estate business.

One of our most meaningful projects is working on the Urban Rehabilitation sector in Puerto Rico. In 2021, we embarked alongside our collaborators on the project “Alojamientos con Propósitos”. Our purpose is to build a path for future developments by repurposing abandoned buildings and giving them a new purpose. We will not only rehabilitate a building, but we will also aim to rehabilitate a community, giving the residents a new way of doing business and creating collaborations within the community for it to grow as a whole. It will be a symbiotic relationship and, in a way, be a step towards stopping gentrification in the communities.

As the Chief Investing Officer on Nest Lux, I aim to bring new concepts and opportunities, not only to my clients but to my country, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean.
